	Wall Street backing Romney over Obama. It appears any love affair between Barak Obama and Wall Street is officially over. The President is far behind his Republican rival in money donations from corporate America. According to a report by the Center for Responsive Politics at Open Secrets dot org - Mitt Romney's campaign has raised more than 8 and a half million dollars in direct donations from people in the securities and investment industry. That's more than twice the amount raised by the President who brought in only 3 million dollars through April, Francis Byrd is a Wall Street Corporate governance analyst. He says that part of the reason for the shift is Romney business roots and Obama support of more business regulation. The switch is not a minor one. In his 2008 bid Obama raised more than 16 million in individual donations from this sector compared to John McCains 9 million. This survey doesn't include super pac money which is unrestricted and where Romney is out pacing the President by a three to one margin. Wall Street at the ballot box will likely follow suit with some polls showing Romney with a 28 percent lead over the President in the financial services sector. The 28 percent lead for Romney in Wall Street support may represent a fundamental shift but for many political and financial observers it is not a surprise. All EU banks will have to hold more "top-quality capital", broadly meeting new international standards. Banks will have to hold more of the least-risky Tier 1 capital - 4.5% compared to 2% under current rules. Two new capital buffers will be introduced, including one designed to avoid "excessive lending". In addition, each member state may impose another capital buffer, depending on approval from the European Commission. The new rules will now go before the European Parliament and are expected to go take effect in June. The agreement comes amid lingering uncertainty over the euro, with fears that Spain and Italy could need bailouts and Greece may exit altogether, the BBC said. Stockholder Support/FBI Probe On the same day that shareholders backed JPMorgan's embattled Chief Executive Jamie Dimon at the bank's shareholder meeting, the FBI opened a probe into massive trading losses at the bank.
