Counter-notices on two previous movies worked, so now I have zero strikes on my account. So I'm much less likely to be suddenly suspended. I was suspended from April 17 to May 9, and I wasn't pleased. I don't know what to do with the copyrighted material--I mean, my account can be deleted on a moment's notice over the most absurd amount of movie footage--I may have to get rid of some movies, unfortunately. That's just the way it is. It's really hard to tell what's Fair Use anymore. Apparently, not adjusting a company's financial margins doesn't mean a damn because it's still "not Fair Use." I'm all for obeying the law, but sometimes it feels like smoke and mirrors. Getting suspended is better than getting sued, but come on. NOTE: I still check ALL comments you guys post on my movies, so if you leave some smart-aleck/spam comment, I will find you and you will be persecuted.
