I hold a BA from Hastings College in Nebraska and an MPA from the University of Colorado - Denver and a Master of Arts candidate at the University of Wyoming. Lately, though, I mostly work with community based media producers, organizations, and socially-responsible businesses to develop their content via - the written word, electronic and new media, the visual and performing arts in a culturally competent manner - I'm what's commonly called a niche TV and movie producer. I continue to provide cultural competency and diversity training for a wide variety of clients such as law enforcement, housing providers, youth serving agencies, schools, violence against women prevention groups. I've been involved with community journalism since 1963. I'm also an avid sports fan. The great thing about being from rural Wyoming is there isn't a lot of sports regionalism. I'm a third generation Yankees fan; lifelong University of Wyoming fan; Celtics and Bears fan because they always recruited from the Western Athletic and Mountain West conferences. Having gone to school at Hastings College I evolved into a Nebraska fan.
